            Hello,I own the unit in this building since June 2010 and everything was perfectly fine until the end of 2021 It was sold to a person that is renting it out and the tenants raised h*** in my life with 3 adults and 2 children in a 2 bedroom apartment. The constant stomping was unbearable and cost me my sleep, my peace and the enjoyment of my home. Fast forward, there were 2 hearings with the condo association and the owner of that unit was told they need to carpet 80% of the unit in order to eliminate, or minimize, the noise that came through.The owner said, these tenants were leaving and he would make sure before he got new tenants he would have the unit carpeted. New tenants came in August 2022 and there has been no carpeting done and the stomping is just going on. Granted, not as bad as before due to only a 3 member family now but it is still loud enough on and off throughout the day well into after midnight.The HOA said, they will do a check to see if the carpet was laid out and let me knw but the past 3 months or so, they have ignored all of my emails regarding this matter.We had a water leakage issue from upstairs and a plumber came in to check my ceilings and their unit and when I asked if there was any carpet in the unit, he said, there wasn't.I asked these neighbors nicely a couple of times and nothing has gotten better, my HOA doesn't think they have to help me so here I am asking for help and guidance.Please, help!!Thanks, *******************
