I took my 2017 Honda ******* to Herson's Honda service on 7/12/2021, one of the services performed was replacement of filter. When I picked up the van, there was a clean filter on the passenger seat, I was in a rush to leave so I didn't think too much of it. 7/24/2021 I had alignment service performed at another garage and I was trying give them the filter thinking that was an extra one, the mechanic told me the filter might be for my van but I told him Herson's Honda service center had already changed the filter. The mechanic popped open the glove compartment and put out the most dirtiest filter I have seen, and put the clean one in. I was horrified by what I saw and felt cheated and betrayed by the dealers service center. I called Herson's Honda that day and spoke w a manager, she was sympathetic and told me will call me back with some kind of resolution or answer but I received no calls from them. My worse fear has always been as a female taking Advantage by the garage.Business response

We have been in contact with customer and rectified the issue prior to receiving complaint from BBB. Filter was inadvertently forgotten to be installed by tech. We have arranged for refund with customer and are awaiting for customer to return to dealership to have credit card refunded, per customer request.
