Tech visit:9/28/2022. Date 1st call for resolution:9/29/2022. Today, 10/4/2022: no call from "tech manager" did by noon. Following is the ****** review I left:"This company is HORRIBLE!!!!!! It's ludicrous to suggest it deserves any star at all. I was quoted $79.99 for a standard dryer vent cleaning and inspection. The tech charged me $477, was arrogant, had minimal equipment, and completely screwed up the dryer connection, rendering my three-year-old dryer useless. He disconnected it from the very tight space behind in a closet without telling me, then lied numerous times when I asked for reassurance that the connection from the dryer through the vent in the attic to the outside was working. I didn't discover until the next day, while checking myself and with a borrowed ladder, that not only was the dryer not venting to the outside, but it was BECAUSE he had disconnected it inside!!! No one, in the 20+ years I've had my dryer vent cleaned and checked annually, has ever touched the vent connection in the closet where the stackable W/D unit is. He did; this is how I know this is ALL his fault. Someone was supposed to come three days later, on a Sunday, between 2 and 4 pm to fix this issue. NO ONE CAME, NO ONE CALLED. I placed three calls, at 4, 5, and 6 pm. In the last, I was assured that the tech would arrive around 6:30. No one came, no one called. I called again at 7 pm to complain and only got an answering machine. (Yet they market themselves as 24/7.) No call back the next day. I continued to pursue, and in the evening--this was call number eight or so in three days--I was promised that the"tech manager" would call me that evening and have a tech--NOT the one who screwed my whole system up--come out today. I called again this morning and gave the "tech manager" until noon to call me. (I've asked in the last half-dozen calls to speak directly to the "tech manager but was told "unfortunately, he can only call you." It's now 12:30 and no call. Maybe he
