My complaint is based solely on a misleading advertising. I bought a car last month for $79,990 based on their ad which I have a copy of. The ad said the car had a $100,000 custom rebuild. No Expense Spared restoration. Then the ad continued to state all the things the car had. Well upon receiving the car we found the custom dash to have a big hole cut out. And an 89 cents cup holder screwed to the carpet. The custom show waxed car has numerous scratches and paint chips. The speaker covers were hanging off and there was no speaker behind it! Underneath the car my mechanic found faulty work and cheap older parts used. It says new crate engine but they put in a rusty water pump and an old radiator. It said custom roof rack but all it was was a bamboo rod with bungee chords! It said overdrive automatic transmission but it is not. It says heavy duty rear differential but it is not. It says custom stainless and wood cargo area but all the hinges are rusted! It says fully restored dash but it is literally a big hole with a touch screen stereo! The steering is off center, the brakes are wrong and the front tires hit the car when you go over the smallest bump. And there is more!!! So when I contacted them and told them all about this stuff I asked either for them to take the car back or reimburse the money to fix the car which will be around $10,000. They refused and said I could send the car back at my expense and they will resell it and charge me $12,000 or 15% of the selling price! Are you kidding me? I never received an apology or any type of answer to solve the problems. I have saved all of my emails to them because they also will not talk to me only email me. I have never reported anyone ever to BBB or sued anyone and I am 70 years old. But these people are horrible. I have pictures and written reports by professionals in this area that all state that they have falsely advertised this car and at a minimum reimburse me for all the repairs needed to correct this car.
