Ken is a long-time w On Fly Pest Solutions. He can always be counted upon to give you the *straight and narrow* in whatever pest incident you encounter. What I truly live about Ken and the other techs is that you can always talk and discuss w them no matter the issue large or small. One of their trademarks is the timeliness upon which they arrive at your service address; I have yet to encounter a situation where the wait time is a two-hour window...whether it's communication by phone or text if they say they'll be there within 35-40 minutes you can count on them to be at your location before that window begins. OMGOSH! If you need any kind of Pest Control this company is it. They will help with an array of pests from any kind of insect to any rodent, reptiles including snakes, squirrels, and other pests you never even heard the names of. The representative, Brook, a young woman, was extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the business & immediately got you understand that you were in good hands. She not only did her job meticulously but left you with a wealth of tips for maintenance & improving your situation. The company uses solutions that are benign to the environment & they will relocate animal pests as needed. You can tell that she loves her job, likes educating & helping customers, and cares about solutions that satisfy the homeowners' needs as well as those of the environment. Another Pest control company that I had a contract with recommended this one because they didn't handle the removal of grubs as well as voles & moles. This company is very comprehensive in what they can do for the homeowner and if every rep is half as qualified as Brook, which she says they are after their training & certification, it is well worth the price. Was able to get same day service. Tech was respectful and explained what he was doing and what we need to look out for moving forward.

We are overjoyed by this company. We had a large snake in our home office suddenly today, and they came out within an hour to remove it. Not only that, but they performed a thorough inspection of the home and found many holes where snakes, insects and rodents could be getting in ( and have been!). We renovated our house at length before we moved in. I had our general pest control company ( handles insects, mice) look around 3 times, plus 2 general contractors over this time to find and seal up holes. But still, snakes and other creatures kept coming in. Finally it took On the Fly to find the holes. On the Fly also does the repairs, and I await their proposal. But I didn't want to wait to write this excellent review. The reptile specialist that they sent today plus the other worker were amazingly professional and knowledgeable. They told me all about the kind of snake I had, got it into a potato sack very easily. Explained that its a climber. I have owned houses for 35 years and these are the best wild animal and general pest control people that I have ever encountered.
