I am writing about a refund that I was supposed to receive when I canceled my services on May 13th, in the amount of $98. I have reached out to this company that I was with for 15 years with no results. The service kept going out which cost me about $3,000 in pay, even though they weren't going to give me that much back they did promise me some type of refund which I never received. Final straw I had to take off for a whole week because of the internet not working. I canceled my services and I am still waiting for a refund. Every call is a different story. I was never late on my payments but if so I will be charged $30 late fee. I would like a $30 late fee for every month that it takes for them to send me my $98. This will be some type of reimbursement since I did not get any credit for the time that the service was cut off. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated thank you for listening.Initial Complaint

I have called the cable/internet company Broadstripe several times during the past 11 months to have my address PERMANENTLY REMOVED from their marketing mailing list. But they will not stop sending advertisements/postcards to my home every month! Please stop mailing all this junk! We do not have this cable service and we will never do business with you! Please leave us alone! Do not contact me by mail ever again. If you need to speak with me, email me ONLY. NO PHONE CALLS AND NO MAIL to my home! email only! please send me an email message and provide a DIRECT contact with a person's name from broadstripe who can help me, and their phone number or email. my family members also want to be removed from your harassing and intrusive mailing list, so please let me know how they can contact you so they do not have to file BBB complaints as well. thank youInitial Complaint

on 8/27/21 A Salesmen for BROADSTRIPE CABLE knocked on our door and said they had a special going on and was ending soon. I told him I can not have a interruption in my internet i have 2 students working through it one collage and one high school. He said it could be hooked up on the pole and the co-axle line will be at the back of the house ready to go. We agreed to have it hooked up on Thursday 9/2. While at work on the 2nd the tech called me and said there was no cable line to the house and I said there was i had Broadstripe in the pass and if he can't hock it up forget the whole thing. I called the salesmen and he said he would have it fixed. I tested the co-axle line 3 times no signal called salesmen again same answer I will fix it. Tested again still no signal 9/20. I also got a bill from broadstripe it is much higher then the add states. called customer service I have to return equipment their tech left on my porch and pay 10 dollar self installation activation fee.
