      I have been trying to contact this business for weeks to get a warranty claim inspection and repair. I've tried calling and emailing every number and used their website's inquiry form without success.

      We decided to install Gutter helmets to our home in August. In our contract it states everything to expect when having the item installed which included gutter cleaning, re-caulking, tightening, & alignment of existing gutters. On installation day 9/18/25, the workers showed up and just installed the gutter helmet without doing any of the previously stated work. I called them as soon as I noticed they were just placing the item on the house since I was watching them from my security cameras because we were not home at the time. I let them know that they were supposed to clean them out as stated in the contract, but nothing was done, they just kept working. I have called every phone number listed including our sales *** who does not answer my calls or text messages. Any time I call them I just get transferred to customer care and get their voicemail. I left a voicemail, and I have gotten one call back and they stated that someone would reach out to me, but nothing has been done. I drove by the address listed as their location and no one was there. Also, we were asked for a deposit of $600 due at signing which was charged to my credit card, and we were told we would get billed the remaining balance via mail. They charged my credit card for the remaining balance of $1,384 the day after our installation on 9/19/25 with no prior warning or invoice. I would like for them to come back to the house and clean our gutters out and for them to refund me the whole amount or at least half since they did not comply to the terms of the contract and have terrible customer service.

      April 24, 2025 I paid for Gutter Helmet gutter covers removal and replacement. May 14, 2025 Gutter Helmet gutter covers removed in preparation for a new roof. 5/22/25 NEW ROOF. Subsequent calls to have the Gutter Helmet gutter covers replaced went unanswered. As of today, September 17, ******* Gutter Helmet gutter covers are still in a heap on the ground.

The existing contract that we had with this customer for the reinstall of the ********************** has transferred to the new dealer and the customer will be paying them to complete the work..

I got no response. Over that weekend, I got on your website and did an online chat. After providing all of my information, I was told that someone would call me. No response. My experience with trying to get assistance with this small repair has been far from acceptable. I am curious about what I need to do to get a response? I guess my next stop would be the Better Business Bureau but I am hoping that won't be necessary."7/28/25: "This morning I called ************** and got a voice recording for someone named *****. His mailbox was full." One of the main reasons that I selected your product back in April 2022 was because of the excellent reviews I saw, one of which came from a personal friend. I was reassured by the notion that I would always have support, if needed.I have lost patience with trying to get someone to assist me. My current plan is to contact the Better Business Bureau, and leave an appropriate online review. Hopefully, others will be spared the frustration I have had.I regret that I bought your product.

      I requested a follow up inspection of the Gutter Helmet gutters June 19, 2025. They said they would call me but charged me $50 and I paid it. I asked that they call me before they inspect. It is now July 28, 2025, and I have not heard or seen anything. I had another complaint earlier with BBB stating that with my original contract with Gutter Helmet, they would inspect and clean gutters for free for the life of the gutters but they chose to break that contract by now charging $50 per visit.

      Over the last three weeks, I have made five attempts to contact Lednor Corp. , regionally known as Gutter Helmet. I used the chat feature on their website twice and phoned three times. I left a message with each contact attempt giving my contact information. As of today, I have not received a response. I am planning to have my home reroofed and need Lednor to remove the Gutter Helmet system prior to reroofing and reinstall it after the reroof is completed. My reroofing job is being delayed due to Lednor's lack of customer service. My roofer has offered to remove and replace the Gutter Helmet as part of his job. However, doing so would void the Gutter Helmet warranty.

      I have had a lifetime warranty on my GUTTERHelmet product. The company says they have moved out of the area and no longer service this area. I have called to request a reimbursement for service. I have left 3 messages at a voicemail for someone named **** in the last week. No one has returned my call. I called the local number *************. The woman took my number but would not give my an email address or any way to contact corporate office. She told me she was in ******** but was not the corporate office even though the area code says 631 which is MY area code in **************. She refused to even give me her name so I could verify who I spoke to. I am left with no way to contact Gutterhelmet and obtain my lifetime service warranty or reimbursement for a service I need performed on my Gutterhelmet product. I did get an estimate from a private provider the company used on ***********. He said it would cost $300 to come out. I want Gutterhelmet to either provide service or reimbursement for the service each time the product needs it.

      We are no longer the dealer for this area. the warranty that the customer has is with the manufacture. I suggest they contact the manufacture to determine who may be the dealer for that area for warranty service.

      I spoke to the manufacturer. They advised me to have the guy who is certified to do Gutterhelmet maintenance phone them if the maintenance should be covered by the warranty. When I contacted him and requested he come out and then contact them, he did not respond. He had always been responsive in the past and I got the feeling they were not compensating him adequately for these warranty issues. Moreover I find it odd that I was able to speak to the same woman named **** when I called the manufacturer that I originally left multiple unanswered messages for at the Lednor Gutterhelmet number ***************). This is the only number one can find when searching for Gutterhelmet. I could not even find the manufacturer listed online. I actually got this address from the BBB complaint site.  The company is definitely being underhanded about no longer compensating their fix it guy on ***********. He told me he had to charge for it and that he does not technically work for them anymore.  So this company Gutterhelmet technically has no one on *********** (in **) to complete work to warranty their product.

      I purchased a home with an existing Gutter Helmet system carrying a transferable Lifetime Warranty (installed by Lednor/Harry Helmet). After moving in I experienced performance issues: leaks, clogs, bird nests obstructing flow.Over multiple months I made 20+ attempts via every listed service or warranty contact method (phone IVR, service voicemail, website form). All go to voicemail; numerous messages were never returned.Because the service line was unreachable I called the new estimate/sales line, answered immediately. A *** booked a next-day warranty service visit (47 pm window). I cleared my schedule; no one arrived. I ***eatedly called during the windowagain only voicemail. Sales apologized, claimed their system moved the date, and rebooked for the following day. Second no-show.Later, via accounting, an employee blamed me for not transferring the warranty, although (1) I believe transfer occurred after closing, and (2) I have been unable to reach anyone to confirm. When I calmly described the missed visits I was accused of being combative and hung up on.I am now being told I must pay a non-refundable dispatch/warranty ******************* before anyone will come out. Given their lack of responsiveness, I am concerned I will pay and receive no service, or be denied coverage due to damage worsening while Lednor was ****************** reviews and BBB records reveal many similar complaints of unanswered service lines and ***eated no-shows; Lednors 9/30/2024 customer letter acknowledged service backlogs. My experience appears part of a systemic ******** is deeply concerning that Lednor/Harry Helmet continues promoting a Lifetime Warranty while systematically neglecting warranty holders. Prospective customers deserve to know their advertised commitment sharply contrasts the reality of unreachable service, broken appointments, blame-shifting, and apparent indifference.

      The response from the business doesnt address anything in the complaint. The inspection they reference was in place at the time of the complaint. This inspection is the assessment they required I pay a non-refundable deposit in order to schedule, and I fear will now deny all responsibility and coverage due to the damage that has now certainly worsened over time.

      It is essentially a non-response. Does that mean I should reject it?

      7/17/25 - I've been calling and emailing this business for >5 weeks to service and clean the dirty gutter helmet product with a lifetime guarantee. I've been unable to reach a human for any sort of update besides a 6/10/25 text indicating my voicemail was received and that I'm "in queue". There's a recording that says they have a backlog due to recent storm damage, but I still have not been contacted to schedule the cleaning. Due in part to their defective/dirty product, my basement has flooded 3 times in 3 weeks where rain water rolls off the gutter helmet, then pools on the outside steps to my basement which results in shin high water that leaks in through the basement door.

      I purchased gutter helmet and a new roof from this company. My gutters are overflowing and causing water to accumulate near my foundation. The products are guaranteed for life. I have reached out to the company for over a month with no response. I am seeking their support to fix the issue or determine the issue is not due to product failure.
