This is my second time using Prime Plumming through the Pipe contract I have with HomeServe. This was a bad experience as well. They came out on 3/31 to replace the pipes in my house because my hot water comes out of the faucets very slow. The hot water pressure is really bad. Of course the job wasn't completed the first day. The Plummer stated that he told PP that it was a two person job and he would need two days to complete the work. They didn't come back to my house to complete the job until a week later after canceling the scheduled second appointment 4/5/22. When they returned to complete the work it was a different Plummer. When he completed replacing the pipes in the basement the hot water pressure in my tub was worst. Before the replaced my pipes the pressure was bad but I could still take a shower. Now I can't take a shower. I have to go to my sisters house to bath everyday. When the PP LEFT HE DIDNT HOOK BACK UP THE FAUCET I HAVE OUTSIDE TO WASH MY CAR. THE FAUCET IS Hanging out of the wall in the front of my house. PP told me I needed the have the faucets replaced in my tub to fix the tub water pressure. Now keep in mind the first PP that came out told me if replacing the pipes in the basement didn't fix the tub water pressure they would have to replace the pipes leading up to my main bathroom. A Plummer came out to replace my faucet and he said it wasn't my faucet it was the pipes in the back of the tub that needed to be replaced. I called HomeServe on 4/8 and 4/11 requesting for PP to come back out. PP called me Monday morning 4/11 and they cant come back to my house until 4/13. I have to wait two more days and continue to Go to my sisters house to bathe before they can come back out. This is unacceptable business practices. This too was a bad experience with working with Prime Plumming. I will be happy when this nightmare is over. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. JA

We are sorry to hear of the issues you have experienced and hope that you feel we have taken the appropriate measures since receiving your feedback/concerns regarding the services provided to date. On April the 12th, a technician was able to reconnect the exterior hose bib that was overlooked during the initial repairs, however, he was not comfortable attempting to repair the existing shower faucet, nor is it covered under your policy with HomeServe. As a gesture of good faith for the other issues encountered, our service manager personally went to the residence and was able to successfully disassemble and clean out debris within the fixture to restore functionality to the tub/shower.

This company is the worst. I had an appointment through ******************, water and sewer insurance coverage, they sent someone out to take a look. The person they sent out walked through the basement for about 10 minutes, never tested any toilets, shower/bath or any faucets, came upstairs and said they would be sending a crew out to snake and repair the lines that day on 1/15/2022, this was at 10 am. We waited all afternoon, I left several messages with Melissa, who is the most fraudulent person, I would never trust this woman, with no return calls. Finally around 2:45, I get through to their office and the receptionist tells me Melissa cannot take my call at that time. I explained that we had been told a crew were coming out to take care of the plumbing issues. She said Melissa would have to get back to me but they close at 3 pm. I told them I needed to place a call to ****************** then for another plumbing company if they were not going to handle it. I called ****************** to have them schedule another plumbing company, and this fraudulent woman Melissa, had put notes into ****************** at 3;05 saying there were no plumbing issues inside the home and that it must be an exterior issue and lack of venting (if the plumber they sent out actually had done his job, there is a vent to the exterior), and she closed this claim out, she had the time to write these notes in but not take a call from us. ******************, will not honor a claim if the provider tells them there is no issue. So they were going to deny this claim. Finally ****************** agreed to have another plumbing company come out who did discover interior issues in the plumbing. Also, the exterior line had been replaced in 2018, and I did have exterior line coverage through ******************. I would never do business with this fraudulent company, and Melissa should not be in this line of work if this is how she handles insurance claims. INSURANCE FRAUDS!!! HORIBLE SERVICE!! LIARS

We're sorry for any dissatisfaction on the customers side. Upon our arrival, we found a fair amount of new piping since the home was recently renovated according to the customer. Upon our visit, we were not able to find any correct venting within the home. All findings are reported to ********* who the policy and agreement is with and it is their determination on if we should work to repair the incorrect venting and issues or not. In this case, it wasn't covered under the customer's agreement with ********* and we are only able to perform work authorized by *********.

Upon our arrival, we found a fair amount of new piping since the home was recently renovated according to the customer. this is a complete false statement as no plumbing had been done since i have lived here over 2.5 yrs. Prime Plumbing once again lies. Upon our visit, we were not able to find any correct venting within the home. If their plumbing inspector had done his job, venting would have been seen on the room, a 10 minute walk thru, did not turn on one faucet, flush any toilet, only a visual and said they would send a crew out that day. Funny how he said a crew would be there to do the repairs, but at 3 pm when their office had closed and I told them I was going to call HomeServe for a new plumber, they put these notes in. This company is fraudulent companies I have ever seen.
