      Placed an order of ophthalmoscope, they were very prompt to verify the order and address and afterwards heard nothing about my order despite multiple emails. This is feeling like scam. I’m going to contact my credit card to try to get the charge reversed

      Please accept our apologies regarding the emails that we sent and were not received by you.  We had reached out to you on August 21, August 25, September 15, 19, and 20 in follow up of our original email to you.  Hopefully those messages did not go to your spam, though we suspect they did.  Since we never heard back from you regarding the model your ordered being discontinued and new model number ready to ship pending your response, we have refunded you your original payment method today.  Please check your spam in the event the credit memo message about your refund is filtered as spam.

      Transaction Date: 08/03/2022 Total Paid: $171.11 Communication with customer service has been almost impossible to reach. After months of missed communication, on 01/23/2023, a representative from the company identified himself as Jordan S****** replied back to one of my emails indicating the following: "We will have the order canceled and you will receive a confirmation once the order is canceled". As of today: 02/23/2023 I haven't received the refund, nor has been able to reach anyone from the company. I want my money to be refunded. Invoice ****** (As per their system).

      Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay. We had reached out to you on January 24th and did not hear back from you until February 23rd.  We are also very disappointed that this happened and have implemented a procedure to prevent it in the future.  We have sent the payment to your ****** account on February 28 and confirmation receipts of the same. We have refunded your original payment method.

      I bought a product on 6/14. I paid for 3 day ($50) shipping and I have to receive my product 8 days later. I have emailed customer service with no answer. I have called customer service with no answer. My purchase was over $500. The money has been withdrawn from my account, but I have no product and I have not got anyone to return any of my messages.
