We thank and applaud Kate for her detailed and clear explanation of our problem. In having this valuable information we were able to avoid a BIG expensive mistake in hiring for repairs. My husband and I are purchasing our first home. Our Agent provided us with a list of Inspection companies they use and we chose LodeStar, which was the BEST decision we have made so far in this process. Derick W***, our inspector was extremely thorough with the inspection and spent a considerable amount of time explaining his findings, which unfortunately led us to pull our offer. While the results of the inspection were not what we envisioned, they helped us make the best decision for us! I could not be more pleased with LodeStar and Derick W***. We are continuing our search and when we find a new home, we will be contacting LodeStar and requesting Derick again.LodeStar Inspection Services, LLC Response
