Important information
- Additional Info:In August of 2018, BBB received a Scam Tracker report alleging that the business built a ramp for a consumer's residence without proper permits. The consumer informed that they paid cash, in full, before work was completed and the ramp ultimately had to be demolished and rebuilt by another company.
BBB of MD initiated an investigation to research these concerns further.
Over the course of the Investigation, BBB determined that the business is not properly licensed to provide the advertised home improvement services.
BBB reviewed the business website reported and determined that the website appears to have been compromised, as the URL redirects to various problematic websites.
The businesses thumbtack listing ( a referral site) indicates that the business has been in operation for 3 years, however BBB determined that the business was recently registered as a business entity in March of 2018, and the business website was recently created in April of 2018.
BBB researched the address where the business claims to operate and determined that it is a residential property that is currently for sale.
Based on these findings, BBB is not able to confirm that this business is legitimate.
BBB will continue to monitor the nature of reports submitted about this business and will update the profile with developments as they surface.
