The business told me that there were no sides with the vehicle purchased. Vehicle was sold as is; however the dealer wiped the check engine code in pictures to give the idea that the vehicle has no issues. Once vehicle arrived there was a check engine light. Prior to purchase, ********** employee said there was no issues and said they check vehicles before selling. Vehicle has severe rust damage that was spray painted that was made to appear as unrusted. They mileage was different (more) than the dealership advertised. The dealer advertised the vehicle to have working AC and power sunroof; both do not function. Dealer will not provide manager information and told me that they will send part only indicating they knew about engine light.

April 12 2025 I purchased a 2006 ***** Silverado from this business with the understanding that the mileage was accurate and the truck was inspected as *** told me. The truck never came inspected so we brought it to a shop for our state inspection in which the truck failed miserably. We were told it would take several thousand dollars to get it on the road and pass inspection. The photos *** posted on Carfax showed no rust underneaththe truck. However, when the maintenance guy put it up on a lift and we looked underneath there was rust everywhere the frame is rusted somethings of rotted, the brake cables, broken. All kinds of things are wrong with it and we cannot get it on the road now

I purchased a 2007 ************* EX from this company on Feb 26, 2025. It was advertised with photos of interior, exterior and underneath of the vehicle. The underneath of the vehicle showed NO RUST. When I purchased it it had a MD Exempt inspection sticker as I live in ** and will register it there. When I took it to my mechanic it failed safety inspection for "rot on body rocker panels/pinch weld. Left rear corner of rocker and body is very ***** when're left rear lower control arm mounts and has the possibility of breaking due to force suspension arm puts on that area of the body. Cannot lift vehicle when manufacturer puts vehicle lifting points. Both front axles should be replaced because where the rubber insulator is on the axle shaft is very ***** and they are prone to breaking axle shafts when in this condition. Body/doors/latches:FAILED. " I have attached photos of inspection, original bill of sale, photos of actual underneath of vehicle and the photos of the advertisement from the dealer.

This business falsely advertised on **** in an auction for a 2001 jeep Cherokee. Only after not being able to pay for the auction through **** as I have for any other auction I won, and after providing my credit card information and drivers license to someone named ***** over the phone, was I provided the real name/names and address for the business. Upon further investigation I found nothing but negative reviews warning against dealing with the business but by then they had taken a $1000.00 deposit from my credit card. I asked to be refunded and was denied even though the deposit had been processed not even two hours prior to my request for a refund. It had not even been a full 24 hours since I had first made contact with this business through their listing on ****, which is just a way to cover up who they actually are so that potential buyers will not be able to check their real reviews and only have the fake reviews on **** to rely on. I want my deposit refunded in full. I also want a guarantee that they will not sell or use any of my information, as I also received a document that stated that they will be doing that. After finding out the real name and location of this business and seeing all the negative reviews I. Not even sure how they are still allowed to do business.

    Customer Answer

    Date: 01/28/2025

The date of the transaction was 1.27.25 and this was also the last date I spoke with someone from the business. After they charged $1000.00 to my card they sent paperwork with a different business name than what was used on **** and I found the negative reviews warning about fraud that were associated with the business. I immediately asked to be refunded and was denied that option on the same day, had not even been 2 hours.

I am rejecting this response because:

The attached files show the address for the business, which also matches the address on the paperwork that was sent to me after a $1000.00 deposit was made on my card. The business address had not been part of the listing on **** and the true identity of the company had been disguised by listing the car on ****. Note that there are multiple different names associated with the same address for the business. The BBB has already given this business an F rating but there was no way for me to know this because the **** listing disguised the true identity of the company.

    Sincerely,

My business is a reconditioning business that does work at that address. I'm an outside contractor that does body and mechanical work.   I don't have a dealers license   Please provide proof that I processed your $1000 charge.

The business address was listed on the second from that was sent via PandaDoc by "S. *** ***********". That was when I realized that the business was not really a used car that was being sold by a seller on **** called "digitaf". The **** reviews/rating which was all I had to go by were fraudulent because it was not that seller that I was doing business with and I was not able to complete the transaction on ****. The attached transcript is the conversation including reference #'s that I had with a customer service *** from ****. I have also filed a complain with the NY State Attorney General. I am not satisfied with the response received from this business. If their address is listed as the same address that I provided then it is their business. They are continuing to lie and be deceptive and fraudulent. I do not wish to communicate with they any longer.

I purchased a vehicle from **** at no reserve and had it shipped. Upon arrival I inspected the vehicle and had noticed it had fire damage from what appears to be an electrical issue (burnt and corroded wiring). There was also significant size holes cut into the floor of the vehicle. None of this information was disclosed in the listing. There were other issues such as leaking fuel lines, poor brakes and a non functioning fuel gage and a/c which were to be expected on a vehicle of this age. I’m more concerned about the fire damage and holes cut in the body.

I did reach out to the seller and they had agreed to pay a portion of my money back in order to help offset the cost of some repairs.. However, now I cannot get ahold of the seller via phone, email or **** messages. Their profile seems to have disappeared from ****.

I won the high bid on ****. I put a ***** deposit as instructed. I drove from ******* to ******** with cash for the balance within 3 days as instructed. Upon arrival, the 2000 Jeep wrangler would not start. This was contradictory to the ad stating it was in great condition and perfect for off road adventures. The advertised AC would not work. The tires were cracked and dry rotted. After several minutes, I was able to get the vehicle started. I let it idle and within a couple minutes, the check engine light came on. Its code was for three (3) 02 sensors. Then the transmission began knocking. I turned off the engine and attempted to start it again and it never was able to start after that. I told the person that was assisting me that this was not the advertised item as it had all of these issues and thats not what the ad stated. I was then told that they would not refund my deposit. I had to drive back the 15 hours towing a long heavy trailer empty. The fuel, time, theft of my deposit, and being lied to is why I am reporting them. I would like to have my deposit returned along with the $725 (my trip fuel cost) reimbursed.

    Re: Refund

I am requesting a refund of my $1000 deposit for 2010 Toyota Tacoma VIN: *****************. I will not be purchasing the vehicle. I made the $1000 deposit on Jan 31, 2024 and called and spoke to Ann the next day on Feb. 1, 2024 and requested the refund. She told me "no" and that it's non refundable. I feel that a refund is in order, simply on good business ethics, especially when the request was made only one day later. I have read and researched numerous complaints and reviews about this company from customers not receiving vehicles as promised, vehicles that were unfit to drive and operate, vehicles that required extensive additional repair, rust, among many other complaints. I have also read many complaints through the BBB. The vehicle I was interested in has been sprayed with truck bed liner spray to cover extensive rust underneath the car. This is a deceptive and unsafe practice. I am simply requesting my $1000 deposit, since I will not be purchasing the vehicle.

    Respectfully,
    ****** ******

Sent them a deposit for a car. They sell themselves as "Digitaf" on ebay, then send you paperwork for a company called "Used Cars". When you look up their address, this company comes up, as well as Trident Automotive DBA Master Auto Group LLB. Attempted to stop the sale of the car and they will not send the deposit back. I'd like to see a fraud investigation go forward against Annie and this crew as they use different names to hide their actual business reviews.

i was told by dealer there was no issues. When the truck arrived and a short inspection the following was found, The frame was completely covered in rust. The floor of the bed was rusted all the way through. interior lights, radio and instrument cluster light were inoperable. many other components of the frame were covered in rust. I feel the company should refund at $2000 of the money to repair some of these damages to make the truck safe to operate. the photo sent was covered with a rubber mat. When I stepped on it my foot almost went through the hole. no support. Other rust was painted over with black paint. the damaged area shown will have to be cut out and replaced by a body shop to make safe. The frame will have to be sand blasted to remove all of the rust. the electrical issues will have to fixed at a ford dealer
