***** ********************** of Waters Auto Service tampered and bypassed my ignition Interlock, kept my vehicle for 6 months, returned it to me with the same issue...no AC No Heat no Blower after engine replacement. Will not produce any receipts or invoices for repair or payments made. My Driving license suspended because he did not submit Mechanic Affidavit to MDOT/MVA....I am now subject to heavy penalty and fines/jail time. I am also hindered due to susceptibility to heat strokes/exhaustion of operating my personal vehicle with no Air Conditioning. First, I have to complete a 30 Day suspension because he never sent affidavit I handed him to MDOT/MVA.It is now Winter and I have no heat or window defroster. All receipts that I had in my glove compartment went missing and I have attempted to communicate with Mr. ********************** but he has refused any further assistance and told me it was my problem.In MAY 2021 he said he replaced an engine in my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. There has been repetitive performance issues and I had to keep taking the vehicle back. It finally broke down in the middle of the road in December 2021 and I had to get Harford ********************* to provide a tow. Mr. ********************** kept my vehicle for six months and when he did return it the air conditioning and heat was still not blowing, the ignition interlock was tampered with and by passed and there exist serious electrical problems presenting a constant beeping sound and indicator lights are on from the check engine light/ tire pressure indicators and shifting defects.I have communicated with The ******** Attorney ***************************** They have attempted to communicate with Waters Auto Service regarding proper repair of my vehicle and they received no response or offer of resolution. ********************** was given between $3,000.00-$3,200.00 to repair engine.I asked for copies of receipts that were in my possession (glove box) regarding repairs and funds paid but have been ignored.
