Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/11/14) */ RE: We received a complaint # XXXXXXXX on your business External Inbox **************@gmail.com Fri, Nov 11, 10:34 AM (3 days ago) to me Ms Clay, A little back ground on this customer James ******, We detailed one of his cars for him, he told the guys in shop what a good job they did. 2 weeks later he shows up and tells Steve ******* that the floor and mats were not cleaned, Steve told him that they were cleaned but if he wanted them clean again but it would not be for free. He left came back 3weeks after that, demanding his to have his floors be cleaned for free at the point Steve told him to leave. Mr. Alston has a history of doing this and once before told to leave and never come back, he went to another Ziebart in ******* ** for awhile and was only allowed to return to our store because of the closure of the Belair location. If Mr. Alston would have addressed his concerns with us in a more timely manner (within 24hr of service), we would have addresses his concerns and corrected it for no cost. After 2 weeks we were still willing to address his concerns just not for free. Thank you John ****** Shop Manger XXX-XXX-XXXX
