Horizon lane co and Canterbury Homes sold my trailer and signed my title over to a stranger that used facebook to act like she knew me and i was willing to sale my trailer to her i purchased my place cash in 2013 and lived out there for 8 years due to my grandma getting i'll i dod wanna sell may place because the market jumped up i posted my place for sale for 20 to 15,000 best offer my landlord brought me the forms for people to fill out knowing i was going to sell it i told over 6 families to come see the home the 1 girl from the internet waited less than 5 days her background came back and she used that as an advantage to go back to the office and tell her i'm sellling it to her the landlord gave her a copy off all my do unto that place signed over title n less than a week later and i talked to the  and told her don't sign my title over that way the place will still be mine she disregarded that and told me i would have to take them to court but and never told me who it was that they sold it to if i didn't have proof threw facebook i wouldnt know the persons name !!! they then had the attorney call back and tell me i was going to be trespassing if i returned to th mobile home park and could be arrested i still had kids that lived out there with there family and relatives i called troop 3 my self and they said they never seen no documentation and as long as i was getting my kids or not making and type of trouble they will not honor that if cops was called on me!!! she also started to rent a trailer to the kids father the 1 that's had all th judgments on his name because his father passed n took over payments on his place the whole complaint never attempted to call me back or respond when i was emailing them!!!

We sold a park owned home to ******* in 2013.  She never got the title switched into her name.  The manager of Canterbury gave her a photocopy of the title in the sales entity name in 2021 so that she could take it to the DMV as a reference to get it switched into her name as she lost the original that was sent to her upon purchase. 

Somehow the new applicant ended up with the new title in her name and presented it to the office as a part of the private sale. New applicant Sequoye Jones, applied on 08/02/2021. The title looks to have been issued in her name from DMV as of 08/17/2021.  ******* was claiming that we didn't handle the private sale properly and that we signed the title over to the new resident, which is not the case. 

We explained to ******* that we did not get a title from the DMV; it was provided to us by the buyer of her home during hte private sale process. ******* was supposed to go to the DMV and if she couldn't get it then she was to let us know.   The 3rd party came in with the title in her name and provided it to us as part of the private sale.  It was communicated to ******* that if she had a dispute with the purchaser during a private sale, she would have to purse that in court. 

These are the facts that have been provided to me by the Regional Manager overseeing the site at the current time.
