      BIZARRE interactions: We were set to install on 8/18/23. After the window of arrival, one person shows up confused on the scope of work. We both, perplexed, wait to see if teams arrive. We call the salesman, he says the entire crew was in an accident and in the hospital. I immediately worried my doors were then damaged and relay that. He then corrects himself and says a workers’ daughter is in the hospital for emergency surgery. Confused and ready for install, I attempt to gain answers and call the company office. All that is relayed is this persons daughter is in the hospital with no attempt to reschedule until I ask to cancel. Then, a member of their team asked a strange unprofessional request to gain our personal details to contact us outside of the business transaction? We are extremely confused. Then the General Manager, instead of attempting to understand our frustration, hangs up on us in anger when we relay the bizarre events. They offer to simply drop our doors/windows off for $2500 off without install. WHAT!? We are again confused… we are the customers, we hired them to manufacture and install, and are met with a defensive team. Almost as though we, who in good faith, gave a $5000 deposit, did something wrong? I think the only thing wrong was putting trust in you all. We are left without our new custom doors and windows. We are still awaiting install, and resolution. Will update this review once a resolution is met.
