Took my car to Bel Honda due to light coming on not once but twice they ran a diagnostic System Code P0741 Torque Converter Clutch Circuit came up. Was told it needed to go to the Acura dealer for the repair car has 65,000 warranty for this part is 70,000.. Made appt. with Acura went to drop car off was told by Acura that the lights needs to be ON for this to be covered. Have the Pre Scan Vehicle report from Bel Air still would not take the car. They also wouldn't even run a diagnostic code . Was told to keeping driving the car until the code shows up again. All I'm looking for is to have my car fixed. When this light comes one it flashes with a RED circle telling you NOT to drive the vehicle . Just spoke with Acura was told they need to see a light on the vehicle before anything can be done. Was told to call Acura Client Service if I want to submit a complaint.Initial Complaint

Had a Car Accident on 03/03/2022 Car is still housed at the collision shop waiting for parts. Car rental was suspended on 10/10/2022. I have several issues or concerns in reference to this situation. The car accident was not my fault. Liability should remain with Geico. They are refusing to pay for additional days/another rental which is causing a hardship and inconvenience for me. The car should have been TOTALED OUT. The Collison spot and Geico as well as the Acura client relations are all shifting blame on each other. Filed a complaint with Acura client relations back in August. No one reached out. Filed another complaint in September and No-one reached out. Had to call to make a tried complaint before speaking to the case worker. I requested a loaner or rental coverage wand was told NO. No-one is accepting responsibility for me not having a vehicle or receiving accurate/updated information. Kyle was the adjuster @ Geico-X-XXX-XXX-XXXX. Gerber Collison on *************** ** ************ has the car and my complaint with Acura has been closed ******************* #XXXXXXXX. This is creating a HARDSHIP and all everyone is saying is THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE. I'm already having difficulty mainlining my household. I still am paying my car payment and car insurance. Geico and/OR Acura should still be responsible for a car rental. No provisions have been made for this SPECIAL circumstance! I NEED HELP...!Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 16, 2022/11/18) */ We are very sorry for the hardship that this client has faced due to the fact of having an accident. As a franchise dealer have ordered the parts from the manufacture as request by the body shop and insurance company. The parts where on national backorder. We have followed the parts order to ensure they were and remained a top priority order. Based on the client's statement I understand they called Acura, the manufacture and filed a complaint which has it's been closed. The parts have come in and sent to the body shop.
