Additional Information for Fun Time Vacation

BBB files indicate Fun Time Vacation has a pattern of complaints concerning difficulties in receiving refunds, original sales offers not being honored, and poor customer service.  On January 10, 2017, BBB staff reached out to the business to address the concerns of complaints filed with our office.  Ms. Donna Dillon responded by stating that they do not sell anything, they merely act as a booking agent and collect a fee for booking vacations.  The "original offer is from another company not Fun Time Vacations."  She further contends that they have "moved away from the companies that were misrepresenting our company promising consumers something that we could not provide."  Complaints previously closed as unanswered were also forwarded to her for response, as she states they were never received.
