Roof repair and installation is always a daunting process for most of us who own our homes. When my roof was damaged by wind and storm the first signs were leaks in the ceiling of an upstairs bathroom. An acquaintance gave me name of Jonathan N******* and Titanium Restorations LLC. I called Jonathan who came to the house the next day. I found Jonathan to be personable, knowledgeable, and very professional. He inspected my roof, took photos of the damage, explained what needed to be done with clarity and confidence. Two days later my homeowners insurance inspector came by and met with Jonathan and me. The inspector found the same damage as Jonathan had and my claim was filed. Titanium Restorations came the following week. They replaced my roof in one day, hang all of the new gutters and down spouts the next day and the work was completed. The costs were exactly what my insurance company agreed to and I cannot be more pleased with the work. I give Jonathan N******* and Titanium Restorations high marks for their excellent customer service, and quality work in replacing my roof. Two days after they completed the work we had a significant rain storm with wind and there were no leaks. In my book Jonathan and Titanium Restorations passed the test with flying colors and I give them an A+ in ratings.
