      Purchased a vehicle on May 13, 2021 from ***** of Chevy Chase. While working out the details with salesman, we requested Chesapeake Bay tag for the vehicle. They advised there would be an additional $20 charge for these plates, which we agreed to pay. While completing all of the paperwork we asked numerous times about the plates to ensure they would order the correct set. They assured us they were to be ordered. I contacted them after receiving the wrong tags by phone and email. They told me to go exchanged them myself and he'd reimburse me. That was unacceptable. He then said he would send new temp tag and get correct tags. None of which ever happened. Called many times and left messages which were never returned. Tried reaching out to management and sales rep many times with limited results. Last conversation with ***** was in mid-July. He advised he'd have it fixed in 2 weeks. Emailed him again 7/29/21 and have not heard back. They're refusing to follow up and fix the matter.
