Weather Masters installed doors and windows in this past Spring. The French doors to the outdoor back deck no longer lock. The company will not respond to my request for repairs.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/10/11) */ This is the second completely unjustified BBB complaint from this customer. She originally complained that WeatherMaster was unresponsive to her for setting up the measuring process after the sale. This was replied to, and the complaint settled when we advised we'd documented SIX times we reached out to schedule her measure starting THE DAY OF HER SALE on January 26th through February 8th. Instead of checking her messages or calling, she decided to use the BBB instead. This complaint is equally without merit. This customer called our Service Department on October 4th, 2022, then called again another 6 times that same day. WeatherMaster does not offer Emergency Service, we don't have the infrastructure set up to respond immediately. Our Service Department works through service requests as they come in. We advise customers that someone will return their call within 24 hours. She filed a complaint the same day as her original call, not giving WeatherMaster more than a couple of hours to reply to her demand. When our President was advised of the BBB complaint, he reached out to her, scheduled a Technician for THE VERY NEXT DAY and was told she would remove her complaint once the service was completed. It was a simple adjustment that took 3 to 5 minutes and was done on October 5th, 2022. As of this writing, she has not kept her word forcing WeatherMaster to take time out and reply to yet another of her Baseless Claims. Please close this complaint as it is a mischaracterization of WeatherMaster's well-earned reputation by someone who has figured out how to game the system.
