Not sure about the date but don't think it was a year ago. I contacted this business to come out and install a cutter on the back roof, they completed the job. A couple months later water started running down in my home when it rain. I called the company back and they came out and said they fixed the issue. Now when it rains water is still coming down in the back of my home by the back door. I tried to reach the company but the phone contact number is for another company. They can not be reached. I contacted another vendor and they said it was put up wrong you can see space from the roof and the wall and that's why water is coming down.Business response

Hi **** - Thank you for sending this our way. Do you have to make any more information on the consumer? Their location or the store they purchased the material from?
We've checked the Chesapeake website inbox and do not see anything from a **** ***** so much assumption is he went through our normal claims process. If I can find out where he purchased this from we can dig into that claims process and how it all progressed.

The company came out with the product and installed it. The location was Belair Road. A new gutter was installed and it was installed incorrectly. Water is still coming down when it rain and if you look under it, it has a gap from the roof.Initial Complaint
