Fraud!!!!! Months ago I called AA to change a flight. My call was intercepted by this company. ******* ***** rebooked my flight and had me pay to do it, with the understanding I would be reimbursed the cost plus $250 for the inconvenience. FIVE months later and NUMEROUS calls, no reimbursement. Finally got a hold of a manager at ** and he told me the charges were fraudulent. Beware when you ****** airline phone numbers online!

I've had the same experience as others here. I was unable to make a flight on ****************** and called to see if I could get a credit for a future use. I called the number on the Allegiant website, but somehow I was redirected to AirTravelPad who simply answered "Reservations, how may I help you?" This "agent" was actually able to pull up my address and credit card information using only the record locator of my flight. They said if I paid $1,378 I could upgrade my non-refundable ticket to fully refundable, and then they'd be able to issue me a full refund ($1,378 plus the original $500 paid for the ticket). It would just take "one to two billing cycles" for the refund to appear. I received an email with the details of the transaction. That's when I noticed the different company name. I mistakenly assumed that since Allegiant is a low-cost airline that they must outsource their customer service department. Wrong, so wrong.Obviously, the refund never came through and when I called Allegiant today they said they have no record of my call, nor do they allow this type of transaction. Understandable, but I'm left with the question of how in the world did my call get intercepted and transferred to this unscrupulous place when I was using the information I found on the Allegiant website...

0 Stars This is an entirely fraudulent and unethical business and must be investigated ASAP. In 50 years of travel, I have never heard about a scam as invidious as this. On November 6, 2024, an individual named "Drake ********" falsely represented himself as an agent at American Airlines. I bought two tickets on the American Airlines website for my husband and me. Shortly after purchasing, the price of the tickets went down by about $100 so I called the American Airlines to see if they could honor the price reduction on the phone. In the course of the phone call which I realize now was intercepted by a third party called AirTravel Pad, also known as Airline Fare, appearing on the email as American Airlines Reservation, I was told that my tickets were never confirmed and that I needed to re book my flights. I said I had never had a problem like this in 50 years of travel and the representative said it was rare but that it happened and for my inconvenience I would be reimbursed for the original tickets, and given an additional $270. A day before our scheduled American flight, American said our tickets were not confirmed and we had no tickets. To date (2/17/24) no reimbursement was provided Barclay Bank Master card and they asked for documentation to prove this (as of 2/17/25). We were forced to have to buy 2 new tickets to fly home on Delta. I would assume the point of the credit card is to help the consumer, not question the obvious fraud here.

On Nov 2024, I was ******* by an individual named "Henry *******", who falsely represented himself as an agent of United Airlines. I initially purchased a travel package through Great Value Vacations and, upon following up regarding my travel details, I was redirected to what I believed was United Airlines. Instead, I unknowingly contacted a fraudulent third-party posing as Air Travel Pad
Upon providing my travel details, I was promised a refund for my purchase, and I even received a written confirmation of this refund. However, no refund was ever issued, and I later discovered this was a ****.

BEWARE!! I would give them zero stars if possible! Purchased airline tickets in November 2024 for international travel to find out the day before the trip that we had no ticket reservations with Delta. They charged our credit card, purchased our tickets with our names on the reservation, but turned around to cancel the flights and kept our money. They even set up a fake email so Delta could send them the refund receipt for the cancelled flights. Filed a dispute with my credit card company and was refunded the money. This company is a total ***** I wish I would have researched this company more and hope by writing this review will help others to stay away.

This business calls "Reservations". They're a BIG SCAM. They somehow got connection with many airline. I called ******** Airline. The "Reservations" company somehow got the call from ******** Airline. I requested to change my flight. The Agent "***** ********" canceled my flight and book a new flight. She charged me the new flight because the price went up but I'll get my refund for the original flight. However, I never received the refund. I tried to call her many times. They just hung up on me all the time. The agents who I spoke with are Gina, Dani, Harvey, Zack, Shawn, Nicolas, Angela, Robbert, Jen, Harry, Brad, Ella, Antonio...Some of them I spoke several times. Sounds like this company has many agents. They should have a deep investigation. How they get the call from all the airlines and how they processed the transaction through the reservation with airlines.
