I am not happy with Service Finance. I have 18 months to pay for my loan so I make bigger payments. If you don't pay it in the 18 mos. they charge you 17.99% interest. They are taking out interest payments from my payments. That wasn't mentioned when they financed my air conditioner through Flame. Seems to me that they are trying to do this illegally. According to what they are saying is you will get the interest that was deducted when the loan is paid,Review from Duane M

I tried to find my account number in the paperwork from setting up the loan so I could set up payments, without any success. The first bill I received from Service Finance was a notice that I was 17 days past due. I did not receive a bill prior to getting the notice of a late payment. When I received the late notice, I set up the payment with my bank to pay the bill and counted back 17 days to set up all additional automatic payments to the same address. Two days later I got a bill for the next month telling me my payment was due 3 days from when I received the bill. No time to change the payment to be sent or move the date for the next payment since the bill came with 3 days to make the payment. The company claims to send its bills 15 days ahead of the due date, but they mail them too late to get the letter before the due date. When I called the phone number given on the papers, the response was that they could not complete my call. This company made sure that I would not be able to pay the first two bills on time.
