On September 9,2021 I accepted the invoice for a new driveway for 11ft wide and 50 some feet long. Also a new apron. On September 11,2021 they started the job without a miss utility ticket. I stopped the job when I got home from work. The equipment operator said they never get a miss utility ticket when during concrete work. On September 13,2021 they came back to my house and finished removing the old concrete. The driveway was done before the miss utility ticket was cleared to dig. on 9/16/21 Also they used mechanized equipment within 18 inches of a utility. They broke three laws not having miss utility. did not wait until ticket cleared and using equipment within 18 inches of a utility without exposing utility. They left concrete dust all over my siding, bushes and flowers. They hit a electric line and did not say anything to me, likely it was died. Did not replace a lot of the dirt they dug out. I had to buy dirt and seed. They left trash in my yard. They left my water hose on for two days straight leaking. They left extension cord plugged into my outlet thru the night. The concrete driveway is not the right size a agreed to and paid for . Also one section off the concrete has a defect in it. The owner never answers his phone when you call him and most of the time does not answer his text. The owner excuse for the driveway not being the right size is close to a utility. They had enough room to make my driveway 11ft wide. The company had no problem digging with equipment without having any miss utility. It been over a month now since the driveway has been done and this situation not been solved.. I want the part of the driveway that has a defect in it replaced not patched. .Also I want I want a refund for the driveway not being the right size. Also I want money for the dirt and seed that I paid for because they dug out the dirt and did not replace after driveway was done.
