I took my wife's car to Haris Auto & Transmission Center as it had shut down and needed repairs. The owner told me it was an electrical problem and that the total cost of repairs would be $800 to fix everything. I paid him the agreed amount retrieved it a week later. 2 days after I picked it up the car once again shut down. He then told me for $75 he would fix it again, now claiming it was a problem with the gas line. 3 days after he repaired it, it shut down again. Then for an additional $100 he claimed he would fix it again, this time claiming it was in issue with the transmission. The car once again shut down in 2 days. Now he claims he has no idea what the problem could be after charging me for $975 total, and having me come back 3 different times for repairs. He has done nothing but steal my money, faulty and damaging "repairs" that didn't last more than 2 days before falling apart with very light use, and refuses to refund or reimburse me for my troubles. I am seeking an $1000 refund total for the 3 different visits, the faulty repairs, repeated lies, and cost of time.
