Wayne's Drains was contracted to install a mound septic system at my home. The contract was made before I bought the house, but wasn't completed before I purchased the property. Wayne's Drains made an appointment to come and stake out where the mound would be placed. I had them adjust the placement at that time. There was no mention of my fence but I was informed I would need to move my shed. I had the shed moved. Wayne's Drains arrived at my house on August 10th unannounced and proceeded to took down three panels my brand new six foot fence. They attached a chain to the 6 X 6 post that held the gate on ripped it out of the ground damaging the post with the chain. I had no idea they were going to be at my house and start working on the mound. The only reason I knew they were there was that my doorbell camera alerted me of their arrival. I didn't receive a phone call until two hours after they started working that they were there and there was no mention of removing my fence. I came home from work to find my fence ripped out and my post damaged. I called and was told they would try to put it back up when they were done. When the job was completed I was the gentleman about my fence and he stated he wouldn't be putting it back up. I had to pay $500 to have my gate and fence reinstalled. They also refused to pay for the repair. I am asking them to reimburse me for this cost because they entered my property illegally and without permission.
