My name is ************************* and I just took my 2009 **** Taurus 3.5 vehicle to ********* Tune in ********* ** on ***************** on December 26th 2022. I took my car in and just needed a alignment done. My car was running fine with no issues. Everything was working properly. I was called back to the shop to pick up my vehicle. I paid ***** for my service. I went to drive my car and I couldn't drive my car. The car wouldn't start. I had to get the mechanic to start my car and he had to put it in neutral to move the car. To only thing that ***** informed was about my ties. ***** did not tell me anything else was wrong with my car. I didn't fine out that him or the other mechanic had broken my car until I was trying to drive it off ********* Tune lot.My car was not broken and you surely didn't have to put it in neutral to park it or move it.Ed the mechanic told me he don't know what happened to it. At this point this shop / mechanic has broken my car and I would like my ***** back for the service I took it for and I do not want this shop or anyone in this shop touch my vehicle. My vehicle at this point is not safe for me to operate , park or put it in neutral. I had to put my emergency break on just to park it. This car came here for alignment and we done alignment we not touch any things related to park things or any thing else but we told the customer to bring it back and we check what going on but thay dont respondInitial Complaint

Since August 31st, 2021 Precision Tune in Annapolis MD did work to my 2005 Infiniti Q45. Two of the things that were suppose done were not done and I was charged for the work as if they did it I had another mechanic look at the vehicle and they said the work was never done at all. I had problems with the vehicle still after they supposedly had fix it and took the vehicle back to them several times giving them a chance to make the it right. But today I decided to have some else look at it and was told the work wasn't done. I just want my money back so that I can go somewhere else. This has cost a lot of money. They also did not cover my engine back up with the engine cover that goes to the car which could cause other damage also. So I need that back to cover my engine back upBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/10/18) */ Contact Name and Title: Precision tune care Contact Phone: ********** As per customer we show him the parts we replaced and we also have all the resepit for parts which we replaced this car towed here alternator problem we replace alternator after some days he bring his car back for steering problem and tune up we replaced all his spark plugs and air filter and one ignition coil and also replace his power steering pump after making pressure the high pressure hose start leaking we check everywhere including dealer for high pressure hose no one have this part we told costumer to bring his part we don't charge labour then he again complain for misfiring which one because of low compression on one cylinder we check his car three times without charge any thing when he know all the things Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2021/10/23) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
