Purchased vehichle June 11th 2021. Signed a contract and gave $1100.00. After leaving with the vehichle and having it for a little over two weeks they called and said they couldn't verify cosigner employment. I contacted the bank and asked what's needed to be done they said they'd send an email which they never did after me calling them every day. Adams called me daily harassing me. I never received a written notice stating I was denied by global or adams. Finally Monday June 28th they called threatening me saying if the vehichle wasn't there they would call the police and report it stolen. I was on my way they called threatening me that i better have it there and if not they'd call the police. I waited and called attorney General Tuesday June 29th and a lawyer to see my rights. Adams called me again on Tuesday saying I better have it back by 1 or they'd call the police. I dropped it off at 115. They looked at the vehichle came back in said we are only refunding you $582 out of $1100.0Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2021/07/06) */ The customers filled out a credit application which was approved by the lender based on that information. The bank was unable to verify his employment and we discovered he had been terminated prior to the sale. The bank then refused funding based on false employment information. Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2021/07/08) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The bank not once ever said we were denied. The bank never sent an email to the cosigners employment to verify (mind you this was 2 weeks after I purchased the vehichle). People are allowed to take off work.. I have texts from my cosigner saying he is waiting for the email from the bank, I got the run around multiple times because they had the wrong email, even though I called daily to make sure they had the correct one!! Regardless I return the vehicle being told I will receive my full deposit back to only receive $582.00. They charged me for miles and an inspection. It SPECIFICALLY states in ***** jeep contract they must contact me by written notice within 4days if I am not approved. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. The contact also states that if the third party does not approve the loan the customer will receive FULL deposit back (not a partial deposit, not being charged for miles). It's there contract and they aren't even abiding by it. I gave them $1,100.00 and only got $582.00. It says NOWHERE in there contract how many miles I can or can't use. They dropped the ball by letting MANY customers drive off the lot before 100% being approved. There is multiple employees that are rrude. Matt had me sit and I was speaking just for him yo get up and walk away as I'm speaking. JT was the most ignorant person and threatening person I have ever spoke to. Not to mention to be told they were going to call the cops to report the car stolen (the car was in my name, my insurance, my registration). I spoke with the cops and attorney General and they specifically said let them call the cops! I just want what was promised the rest of my deposit.
