  We had Keller Waterproofing out to do some work on our foundation to correct an issue with moisture getting into the basement. Found them to be very responsive and patient with all our questions. *** and **** worked diligently to get the work done and we are very happy with the results. Great job!

  After meeting with three different basement waterproofing companies to compare plans and pricing, we ultimately chose Keller Waterproofing. While they were the most expensive option, they worked with us on the price, and their proposal was by far the most comprehensive—clearly reflecting the value behind the cost.
  Keller was the only company to address not just the interior drainage system and sump pump, but also the exterior downspouts and full-house drainage. They also recommended installing a vapor barrier from floor to ceiling, which no other company suggested. This thoughtful addition was aimed at eliminating odors and helping redirect water from any future cracking—an extra layer of protection we appreciated.
  Their warranty is advertised as a “lifetime” warranty, though it’s technically a 15-year transferable warranty. Still, it’s reassuring to know it can be passed along to future homeowners.
  Once the project began, they uncovered an unexpected issue with our foundation (not surprising given the quirks of our house). The remediation added a significant cost, but after discussing our financial situation, Keller generously reduced the additional charge by nearly 40%. Impressively, even with the added work, they finished the project three days ahead of schedule.
  Throughout the process, their team was professional and respectful of our space—covering all belongings to protect them from concrete dust. They even went above and beyond by repairing our front sidewalk after running drainage underneath it, leaving it in better condition than when they arrived.
  As for performance, we haven’t had enough rain to truly test the system yet (and hopefully won’t anytime soon), but based on garden hose testing, the sump and drainage systems are functioning as designed. The basement already feels noticeably less damp and musty.

  Jim and his entire organization were outstanding in every way, very professional and responsive. From the beginning, when our basement was suddenly flooded, Jim made it a top priority to get his team to our home and mimimize damage to our property. His group worked exceptionally hard and with great expertise to fix our water problem both quickly and for the long term. He was in regular communiction and is completely focused on his customers satisfaction. I would give Keller Waterproofing the highest possible recomendation.

  We had a driveway water issue with rather challenging drainage problem. Jim and his employees rectified the problem professionally and efficiently and made adjustments as needed after initial instillation. They even wrapped the drainage grates with screening to prevent debris entering drainage trough as driveway at downward direction and collection of significant debris was definite problem. We are very satisfied with the project and working with Keller.

  We tried for many years to stop the leaking through the entire back wall of our walkout basement. The problem got worse each year and we finally were fortunate to find Keller Foundations. They are professional, knowledgeable, and explained up front how they would approach the problem. The hard-working crew arrived on time each day until the job was complete. They left the work area neat and even replanted foundation shrubs that they had to remove to do the work. This is a company that has an old fashioned work ethic. Jim supervised the work every step of the way and patiently answered any questions that arose. If you have a foundation problem, contact Keller. It will save you a lot of time, frustration, and money.

  I would recommend Keller waterproofing to anyone. They solved a challenging water issue for our house - multiple sump pumps that were running constantly and causing a pond to form in our yard.The Keller team diagnosed our need and worked diligently, professionally, and thoroughly to implement the new dry *****, piping, and new sump pumps. They were friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciated their help and the proof is in the results: a dry basement and dry yard after a big rainstorm. Thank you, Keller team!

  Our basement had a flooding issue during a heavy rain season, so we contracted with two different companies that claimed they could solve the problem. Finally we contacted Keller Waterproofing and they corrected all the previous work done, and provided the long term solution. Jim is very knowledgeable and his crew was on time, paid attention to all the details of the project, and left our house clean when finished. I would highly recommend Keller for your waterproofing needs.
