    I had a very disappointing experience with Wagner Certified Collision Center and, unfortunately, cannot recommend their services. After getting my car repaired there, I encountered significant issues that were not properly addressed. When I reached out for assistance, the staff ignored my messages and, at one point, only responded with a laughing emojian extremely unprofessional response to a serious concern. I am now out of pocket $1,101.56 due to the misleading advice given by Tom, who instructed me to file a claim with my own insurance provider, *****, despite the fact that I had already filed a claim with ******** the at-fault drivers insurance. ******** had accepted full responsibility for the accident and had even issued a check payment directly to Wagner Certified Collision Center. I specifically raised concerns about the deductible, and the Wagner staff assured me that I would be reimbursed in full since I was not at fault. Despite this, I was still advised to go through my own insurance. Even after providing the ******** claim number and confirming their acceptance of full liability, Wagner failed to handle the situation appropriately to make matters worse, Wagner Certified Collision Center retained the payment from ******** without informing me or *****. I only discovered this two days after picking up my car when ***** informed me that, since Wagner had already been paid by ********, I needed to request my deductible refund directly from Wagner or ********. When I reached out to Wagner, they redirected me to ********. However, ******** refused to pay the remaining amount, stating that they never received the necessary estimate from Wagner before the repair was completed. This entire process has been frustrating, costly, and unprofessional. I strongly caution others against trusting Wagner Certified Collision Center with their repairs, as their lack of communication and mishandling of claims have caused unnecessary financial and emotional stress

    We are truly sorry to hear that you feel this way about your experience with Wagner Certified Collision Center. From the start, our goal has been to assist you in navigating the often-complicated insurance claim process and to ensure your vehicle was repaired properly.

    To clarify, we advised you to file through your own insurance company to avoid the well-documented difficulties of working directly with the at-fault drivers insurer. This approach is a standard recommendation in our industry to help streamline the process and minimize stress for our customers. Unfortunately, we were not made aware that you had signed a waiver on your deductible, which ultimately affected the way your insurance company handled your claim.

    Regarding the payment and supplement, as discussed, we did not negotiate directly with the at-fault drivers insurance company per our initial conversations with you. Instead, we worked through your own insurance provider, as was agreed upon. Now that you are facing challenges coordinating reimbursement, we have stepped up to assistdespite this being outside of our normal process. Our manager, ***, has been actively communicating with the at-fault insurer on your behalf in an effort to resolve this matter.

    We have also made multiple attempts to reach you to continue facilitating this process and help you secure the reimbursement you are owed. However, we have not received a response. We understand how frustrating insurance claims can be, and we genuinely want to assist you in any way we can.

    Please return our calls at your earliest convenience so we can work together toward a resolution. Our team is still here to support you, and we hope to resolve this matter to your satisfaction.
