      Drink advertised on wall as 4.25 - was charged 50 cents more per drink. When we asked the woman taking orders she said all the prices on the board were wrong. How can you state price is one thing, then charge another.

      Please accept my sincerest apologies for not having the incorrect prices on the menu board during your visit at our Highland Street Bean Counter Bakery Caf.  It was a complete mistake and not intentional; my staff were instructed to remove the old prices while we were waiting for the new menu boards with the new prices to be printed and,unfortunately, did not do so.  I take full responsibility for not following up and am so sorry for that.  I would like to offer you a complete refund for your drinks and a store credit in the same amount for you to use in-store or on-line should you wish to make any future purchases.  As soon as I received the email from BBB, I immediately looked into the matter, fixed the mistake and spoke with my team at Highland Street.  I would also like to let you know that all the prices on the menu board are correct, the only prices that were incorrect were for the Specialty Mocha and Specialty Latte.  As the owner, I am always available to answer any questions and addresses all concerns and issues.  I can be reached directly via the contact page on our website and by phone. 

      For your information, the menu board should have looked like the ones from the other stores attached, with the prices blacked out, while we were waiting for the new boards to be printed. 

      Please provide me with the last 4-digit of the card number if you used a card.  If you used cash,then I will email you a store credit for twice what your purchase price was.  If you have any future concerns or issues, please contact me directly at ************.  Thank you for your feedback through the BBB.
