    Worst level of communication and terrible professionalism by all parties. Owner(s) and staff. We had an entire brand new construction home installed with hardwood floors and is 100% defective. The floors move, buckle, make noises, grind, crack, shift, and are a complete travesty. We were told repeatedly for YEARS that the floors would be repaired! This company even had more flooring delivered to my home. This summer will be three years that we have been trying to remedy the situation. They have told us so many false stories; "we will be at the house next week" "we will make this right!" "we will work with you to rectify!" -- None of it ever happened. We were taken advantage of, lied to, and plainly mistreated by all. The owner Lisa is rude and condescending. She has on and off owned the business for many years, but claims to be new there. Entirely A mess. I wouldn't trust them to do anything in your home. There are too many honest and talented options to chose this kind of stress and dishonest company and people.
