      On July 28th I engaged this company to move my things from Worcester ************* to *********************** ************. Since the person I had engaged cancelled the last minute, strong movers agreed to come in the same night and do the job. They charged me USD ***** up from a market price not exceeding *****. We had so many challenges that night. They still did not beat my landlord's deadline which was the main reason I engaged them at that fee. I ended up getting a different set of workers to move my things out of the house. Latter in the morning, one of their drivers who also happens to be a supervisor came with an open pickup. I stood there and watched my things get heavily rained on. They were supposed to make the delivery next day but they delayed for 4 days, only to make a partial delivery. I was present when the partial delivery was made. Key items including my new California king size bed was missing. They claimed that the missing items had been forgotten in a different storage. They promised to deliver the missing items the next Wednesday. The secretary kept giving varied excuses at times contradicting herself. I stayed in ******* and hotels for weeks believing in her false promises. Finally I decided to fly back to *************. When I asked for direction, she rudely told me to use ****** maps. I sent another company truck to pick the things for me and they could not locate them. I have flown to MA 3 times, each of the locations they have online ended up to be other people's properties. My lawyer could not find them, neither could the police officer that offered to help. While unpacking what they delivered I found a broken piece of what they claimed to be in their storage. This clearly means that part of whatever they have was broken. After I mentioned this to her, she stopped responding to my texts. I have begged for the broken pieces of my bed so that the insurance can compensate me but no response came. This is the third month since they did this to me

      This company provided services on May 17th. I was charged $445 on 2 different credit cards. One card was given to them for a deposit and the other was to be charged for the completed work.

      Dear BBB,

       

      The complaint has been resolved, the customer received his services and paid the invoice then disputed the transaction, we then charged the card we had in file when he did his deposit. He then called several times harassing us saying we stoled from him we submitted proof of work order for the services he received and the bank resolved in our favor so we refunded him for the amount.
