    a project that has been sitting incomplete with moments of little progress since late 2023. The incomplete project is located at *************************************************************. I have not been able to generate any revenue here for over a year and a half. This started in late 2022. This is a 90-to-120-day job **** I have the checks to show what I have paid. I only owe $5000.00 at this time (about 10% of total cost) the job is about 60% done. TUnfortunately, because I kind of know the guy I didnt scrutinize the contract, was very understanding to him needing time to get well, and have no "date of completion clause" in the contract (which is very uncommon for a small roofing job). The permit was only recently pulled Oct 2023 due to an abutting neighbor complaint about water runoff to his property. That complaint prompted Code department to flag the job for no permit. Triggering a verbal cease and desist until permit was pulled. We are still missing black Garage door, WIFI Remote garage door opener, Laminated veneer lumber (LVL), Anchor wall Straps/expantion bolts, door hardware, repair/reparge of concrete block, and one very important item that he is trying to circumvent the retaining or support or foundation wall on the lower part of the front of the structure (outlined in blue below). It been sitting on blocks for about year or more... I have quotes for more, but I think I can get this wrapped up for about 20k I can request a current quotes as well. I have had a Lawyer send a Demand Letter with no response or action from ******************************* or Vytas Corporation I have advised the Worcester City Code Department. They can not get in contact with him. The Worcester Code Department has also advised me that they can not do anything to help me get this matter resolved. This is a very basic 120 Day job that is way ahead of payment schedule and is approaching 2 yrs to complete.
