    Laundry mat gave my clothes to the wrong costumer and theyve waited to see if they would bring it back but they havent and I keep contacting the business to figure out a solution and they do not respond

    Good Evening, 

    Our apologies for the delay in responding, but this complaint was only recently forwarded to my attention. While we sincerely regret the mix up with the customer's order, our store policy is that the "Companys liability with respect to lost or damaged articles shall not exceed $75.00 per laundry service order." This policy is available on our website (**************************************************) and is prominently displayed in each of our stores. For reference, I've attached a highlighted copy of our policy along with images of the policy displayed in the subject store. 

    Notwithstanding our company's policy, we offered the Customer $300 to resolve this matter, but the customer declined.

    Someone else has reached out and helped come up with a solution. Theyve determined they would write a check for 1000 and give 50 in credit to have clothes washed. So I am not sure who and when someone responded to BBB and if things changed. Or they just didnt know a resolution has been made.

    The machine at laundromax did not credit my laundry card 40 I put into the machine I was not made aware I had 60 days to redeem my card general manager did not advise me to use it right away and gave me an attitude saying calling corporate aint going to change a **** thing I dont appreciate you questioning me with a rude and disrespectful tone the this happened just happened in July and was not aware there were only 60 days to redeem I did not sign no document knowing I had 60 days the gm should be fired Efrain did a horrible job dealing with this issue

    I want a refund of 40 dollars that was offered to me because the machine to load funds on my card did not work they had an error message and they claimed my credit of 40 dollars expired  when I was never notified I had 60 days to redeem theres is no signature that I was aware they need to refund me my 40 dollars because this just happened in July the machine did not credit me when I put 50 dollars of my hard earned money
