      Been with these people five months. I used thier 500 dollar overdraft, and I always pay it back before 30 days is up. They suspended my overdraft privilage for six months because I use it too much. I closed my account. I have been with ************* for 9 years and have a 1000 dollar overdraft that I use all the time, but I make sure to pay the money back within 30 days. I'm still with ************* today. This Webster First Federal Credit Union is a joke!

      I unfortunately ended up using Webster First when I purchased my car (not my choice, it was from the dealership's relationship). I paid off the loan in full to end the relationship. Unfortunately, when you work with them they open a savings account automatically without your consent and put $5 in this account. 3 years later, they are required by law to turn this over to abandoned property and assess you a $50 fee for this processing of an account you didnt open. To close this account you have to write a letter and mail it in to them. This is an incredibly obnoxious business practice, and should be illegal. Avoid working with this 'bank' at all costs.
