              I have never dealt with a bank that is so inept. No one who works there knows how to deal with customers. I do not get statements from them, nor am I allowed to sign up for internet access so I have no idea of the exact amount of money I have in my accounts. If a person is absent (could be a branch manager), no one else does their job. When my CD matured I was was told by the branch manager to send them by regular mail a notarized letter requesting the funds which I have never heard of. My letter was received on May 16th and it took till today, May 31st to get the funds. I was told on Fri., May 27th, that the bank mailed me a check on May 20th. Today, May 31st I was told that the check was never sent, but after my completing paperwork that was sent to me, the funds were sent electronically. This is not the way to run a bank.
