    In all seriousness, the Edge Union Station and its parent company Vision Properties are to be avoided at all costs. There is zero reason to live in the Edge Union Station, and there are many reasons to avoid living here. The physical conditions of the building are horrid. The location is horrid because there is constant noise and there are homeless people who sneak in and squat in the building. This company literally made me live in five different units during my 16 months in the building- one of which required me to pay $200 MORE PER MONTH during my stay in that particular unit. The overall management group of the property and company are very unforgiving and they look at residents as dollar signs, not as people. The building should be turned into mixed-use with offices on the first two levels and perhaps some stores or a museum on higher floor levels. If not, then maybe turn some of all of the building into a hotel that accommodates short to long-term stays. The basement is currently a mix of uses for residents and that could stay as is.Overall, the Edge Union Station gets an F, for being the worst place to live and work at that you could possibly imagine! It's honestly astonishing that this building is allowed to operate as a residence.
