      On August 15th 2023, I signed a contract with Window World of Boston for the instillation of 9 windows and 2 doors at my residence in *******, *************.On and around November 7th 2023 Window World began instillation. Though there were positive experiences, two problems have yet to be addressed by Window World. I have repeatedly been assured that they will be fixed by both the on-site instillation professional and my telephonic contact out of ********** Window World office, ******. The problems are that the lower front bedroom window, which was supposed to be in the same style as that of the other front facing windows with a 4 Colonial Grid style, was instead installed with just a plain pane of glass without the colonial grid present elsewhere on my home.The other problem pertains to the instillation of the 3 front facing windows in my homes living room. There is a strip between the first window and second window and also between the second window and the third, on the interior of the instillation. The instillation was done with two black strips. Unfortunately these stand out quite visibly in my living room as they were supposed to be white to match all other aspects of the window instillation.As mentioned above, I was assured at the time by my on-site Window World professional that these issues would be able to be fixed. I waited and called, waited and called through to the new year, but with no resolution. As I sensed that something was not going as I was being assured, I have held back a small portion of the final payment.I have regularly called Window World of Boston about every two weeks, most recently on January 17th and 29th and February 15th and 29th, to see what progress has been made to resolve my problems. Each time I am connected to and talk with ******. She repeatedly assures me the problem will be resolved "in 2 weeks" and cites manufacturing/supply issues as the reason for the delay. I am hoping for a response/resolution.Thanks

      Purchase thirty eight windows the installing is still not done ,this morning I was opening one of the window it drop almost breaking my fingers I try getting in touch with the company have not gotten back to me. I am a senior I think am being taken advantage of ,something have to be done before I break my hand.

      ******************, we apologize for falling short of your expectations. We strive always here at Window World to provide our customers with exceptional service. Your labor and product warranty as part of the contract you signed on 4/17/19 are not in effect as result of your outstanding balance due in the amount of $4,613.00. Without success, we have made numerous attempts to communicate with regarding this matter. To include sending written notification via US mail return receipt requested. Once the balance is paid in full, we would be happy to provide you with any service needed. Please feel free to contact ************************* directly at ************. ***** would be happy to receive payment and send a service tech to your home within 48 hours. Thank you.

      Had windows replaced in August was told there would be no inside damage but they ended up tearing all our window frames and walls that we had to replace and have painted they gave us credit of $500 but cost me **** in repairs and now this winter getting freezing cold air thru replacement windows

       The work needed to install the windows involved a full tear out and replacement of trim. Any additional painting needed is the responsibility of the customer as noted on the Mass Supplement, which was signed by the homeowner. We attempted to address your concerns today. Your husband said everything looks fine and will call us if service is needed which we are happy to address in the future if need be.

      In Oct, I was told my windows would be installed in December. In December they said they were backlogged. We then planned for ******** January they arrived without two of the windows. I have been trying from 3 weeks to get answers as to when my last two windows will be installed. No one calls me back and the **** is due to the finance company. Window World has been paid, but they have not delivered my windows.
