    Purchased Hot Tub on 1/7/23. Delivered 5/20/23. On 6/10 handle ripped on cover/sag in corner of foam cover. Many emails to *********************. Finally got cover on 11/13 after threatening to get you involved. They want 250$ to make a Service Call to put the new one on; said the handle isn't to lift the cover (although the installer said otherwise) and look at what the salesperson suggests is a faulty 900$ cover!Please Help. This all transpired after 3 uses.
