      C*** I paid $30.00for the chip at vet. I sent $15.99 for registration. Now I am being told our dog isn't registered and they want another $19.99 a year. I wouldn't do business with people like this and wish I would have checked reviews before doing business with them

      Stay away from their mdse - it is not as advertised nor does the org have a responsive or knowledgeable or helpful customer service.

      They are horrendous! My dog was microchipped through them when I got him from the ***** I needed to remove my ex as an owner and change my address and I couldnt do it because apparently they only put my dog in his name. Repeatedly got the run around and the only way they said they would change it was for an additional fee. This is after giving proof of ownership, registration and confirming the details that the **** gave them. Not my mistake, theres. Unreal. No phone number to call, just an email thread that sometimes took days for a response or they would pass the buck to someone else. I hope rescues choose a different microchip company. They should be out of business.

      I called on Feb. 10, 2023. I am from an animal shelter and one of our cats is missing. I thought maybe whoever has the cat would try to register the chip number. The operator I got was OBNOXIOUS to say the least. I gave her the number and she started reading it back wrong. I tried to stop her as she had the numbers wrong in the beginning of repeating it. She interpreted me trying to stop her as being "rude". I informed her she was reading back the wrong numbers and she told me she did not have to talk to me and hung up. This is after I spent a good half hour on hold. Really? I hope the next operator I get will be a nice one and at least allow me to speak.

      Very poor customer service. My dog is 10 years old and we will be moving later this year. I wanted to create an online account through Pet link so that I can keep our information updated. They are trying to charge me a fee to do this when it seems like it should just be automatic since I purchased the chip to begin with. They wont let you call them via telephone and they do everything through email, and so because people that work for the company cannot read and comprehend well, they are unable to interpret fully my request. Its not a hard request but Im assuming these people dont have a high school reading level and they read more on a fourth grade level, or perhaps lower. I will not be getting a chip again through this company.

      While my dog was in for a surgery, I asked the vet to make sure his chip was active. They could not find one on him using multiple scanners. Hed been chipped in 2015. I contacted Petlink via phone and was told Id receive an email within 24 hours. In the meantime, I elected to have my dog rechipped while he was still under. Petlink replied within hours asking for my vets info. Im not sure what transpired in the conversation between Petlink and my vet, but within 24 hours my vet let me know theyd be refunding the cost of the chip.It appears many people have had bad experiences with this company. I hope I never will, but I wanted to share this positive experience. I give 4 instead of 5 because Im not sure who is at fault for the chip being undetectable. I did have another dog chipped at roughly the same time and his was detectable. I was frankly surprised at the ease of customer service.

      Poor customer service. I tried to place an order on line and it kept declining my card. I triple checked the info I input, checked with my card company (no issues there) and then called customer service. They said there is nothing they can do. Just try a different card. I don't have another card I wish to use. I asked to speak to someone else and was told there is no one. Won't do business with them again.
