    Very courteous and professional. Called before arriving, explained everything they were going to check out, and then gave me 3 different options and price points. Since I still need to consult with my husband, my technician is going to come out again to explain all the logistics again.

    My new mini-split install on 4/20/23 was excellent! **** and his helper were professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. They completed the job in less than a day and explained everything to me. The electricians that came to make the final connections were quick and efficient! I even got a call from *** on a Saturday to see if I was pleased with the service. The best thing is my wife is very happy with it and it looks great, and thats most important! I for one am looking forward to the masssaves rebate, Addarios is even going to handle that! We look forward to working with everyone from Addarios on future projects! Great work everyone!

    Addarios plumbing and heating was great to deal with ******************* and informative. Very responsive to any questions or concerns job well done. I was very happy with my new efficient gas furnace and new central air conditioner. Their representative never tried to sell me anything I didnt need. Addarios took care of everything. Highly recommended. I would use them again

    Very disappointed in them. Unprofessional. We had them out twice now since they sold us the family plan (Which is a waste). One guy said we needed $3000 worth of repairs or a $50,000 new system. Second guy told us we didnt need any repairs. When the boiler caught fire we had a different company out. The second company did an amazing job. They were much more professional and thorough and cost last. The other company didnt just pressure us to spend money. Also, the other company quoted us $17,000 for what Addarios wanted $50k for.
