      This is supposed to be an injury fund to pay for accident related bills but they are incompetent at best. They refuse to pay for my out of pockets when the treatment is clearly related, and they have paid for the same exact treatment in the past. Their website is confusing and indicates bills have been paid when they actually have not been paid. ***'s denying payment indicate code "A3 - Duplicate claim" when in fact it is not a duplicate. God forbid that someone has ******** and a ******** supplement in addition to a fund with Ametros Careguard because then the fun begins! They will not lift a finger to help an injured, disabled person who not only relies on the treatment to live but also can't fend for themselves. Their incompetence is causing me to have to choose between life-saving medical treatment or groceries.

      Its unbelievable that this company is used by so many people. Their service is terrible - absolutely terrible. This is a perfect example and typical of my efforts to utilize them to spend my own money. I desperately need supplies and cannot afford for them to take weeks to reimburse me as their reviews and reputation suggests is often the case. So I have been trying to call them to order the supplies. It is now 11:22 a.m. June 20. Every single time I call, I get a message saying they are closed June 19th but will be open regular business hours June 20. Umm, guys, it is June 20, regular business hours, and youre not open. At least take down the message saying you will be open!!!

      No medical establishment has ever heard of Ametros/********* since they are not an insurance company, so I need to pay for my much needed medical services out of pocket. Ive submitted reimbursement claims to these unknowns for services obtained 6 months ago and the claims are still pending! Im the one that needs to call to **** someone down with the company for information on my claims because they dont ever bother to reach out to me. Someone there finally grabbed a clue to start working AFTER I followed up. They got back to me a day or two later claiming that some services I had submitted reimbursement requests for were not eligible for reimbursement. Had they bothered to reach out to my doctors, they wouldve tied my medical services to my injury, but they didnt. They also didnt contact me either because they hadnt worked on it until I followed up with them, otherwise they wouldve been able to address this nonsense the first time I called them to follow up. Or, most appropriately, they wouldve contacted me, in a timely manner months ago, to let me know. I would have directed them to the doctor to contact to verify that the medical issue was directly tied to my injury. Im basically doing the work that they should be doing, while they sit on my *** funds.

      I have an account with ******************** Care Guard, I have not used it because no one will accept their card, no one has heard of them, my medical bills are stacking up and my co-pays are paid out of pocket. I have repeatedly contacted Care Guard and they are clueless with the information that is shared with me, one representative said just pay out of pocket and we will reimburse you. I have my receipts for all co-pays, and their online system will not accept them. At times they do not call me back. I think this company is non-functioning when it comes to managing claims, MSA funds, and need to be investigated for the way they handle the medical claims. I have documented every visit, have copies of every bill.

      Ametros , starts with an ‘A and for good reasons. I can only speak for myself , but , without a doubt they have exemplified top of the line service where Healthcare Management strives to be the best and Ametros/Care Guard checks all the boxes . I am so grateful that after all the dust settled, I was definitely not alone. This team at Ametros is there for one reason ,

      My firm handles hundreds of ******* ********* cases per year, and we place a high value on making sure our clients are taken care of both before and after settlement. For the past six years, Ametros has become an essential part of the settlement process for our clients with ******** Set Aside accounts. With Ametros handling the professional administration of post-settlement MSA accounts, I know my client will always have access to necessary future medical treatment of the work injury at the lowest cost available, and just as important, will never have to worry about ******** compliance. Additionally, we have found Ametros to have excellent customer service and a knowledgeable staff who remain available for the long term to answer questions from my clients and their medical providers. If there is ever a problem with billing/payments/diagnostic codes for the work injury, *** found the people with Ametros to go out of their way to help clear up any confusion and make sure my clients have peace of mind to know things are being taken care of in their best interest.

      Ametros does an outstanding job at assisting ******** beneficiaries in ******************* rules and guidelines. Reporting to ******** every year can be a difficult task. Keeping receipts and filling out the proper paperwork can be a daunting for some of the injured individuals they work with. Ametros simplifies this process and provides peace of mind for their clients.
