            Richard at Baystate Bulkhead replaced my bulkhead last October. The replacement bulkhead must have a breach since every time it rains water is collecting inside the bulkhead. I have left multiple voice mails, sent multiple emails, and have texted Richard. If and when he does respond I would like him repair the bulkhead so that rainwater can no longer enter. Richard has not replied to any of my communication attempts.

            Richard was very helpful when our bulkhead doors were damaged in a storm and needed total replacement. We were super busy and in and out of town and he was able to come do the estimate for the work quickly without us needing to be home and got the job done while we were on vacation! It was great to come back and just have the work DONE. We've been through two big storms with the new bulkhead doors and have had no issues at all. We would use Baystate Bulkhead again.
