"I brought my car here for a back brakes and they took 45 minutes then I brought it there a couple weeks later for an oil change and a tire rotation and it took the kid 3 hours and when he put my car off the lift and backed it up to bring it out to me it was leaking oil so then he had to pull it back in and put the plug back in apparently I don't even know how much oil is in my car now that leaked out or not there's oil all over the hood of my car like his fingerprints were on it smudged and stuff all over my handle of my car door and when I spoke with the service manager he yelled at me and told me I was rushing the advisor to rush him to do an oil change it doesn't take 3 hours to do an oil change when it only took 45 minutes to do my back brakes I asked for the general manager to call me and he never did apparently he's never around and then you can't even get a hold of the owner of the company because they don't even have a customer service number to call this company is garbage it's only a 4.2 star which some people might think is good but I think for 4." ...
