            I was a subscribed member with Massage Envy since 2018. I received my last massage in February of 2020. They continued charging my card for months, even though we were in the middle of a pandemic. They stopped charging in the summer and tried to resume charging in October of 2020. They were unable to do so because I had to get a new card. I have a total of 5 1/2 hours of paid massages. They are now telling me that they cancelled my account because they couldn't charge me. Furthermore, they are stating that they can't allow me my massages or a refund of hundreds of dollars (~$300). They are not trying to work with me at all to make me whole. I'm not willing to leave my $300 on the table without a refund in full or services rendered. This is not a good business practice, considering they decided to reopen in the middle of a pandemic, before any vaccines were even available. I'm looking for someone to help resolve this issue.
