I started working with copycat about 3 months now, I am a small business owner; and I have copycat print my labels for my products, flyers etc. The first time I worked with them, they printed 150 labels for me which cost $53.13 and that price included the setup/reconstruction of the labels. The last time which was about a month ago I asked them to print 200 labels for me, and the price for 200 labels increased significantly it was $135.47 and that also included the setup/reconstruction of the labels. I tried to talk to the owner about it, I believe his name is Bob. He told me that the price for everything went up, and soon they may not be able to print my labels. I think to myself that maybe he didn't understand what I was saying, so I emailed him about it and he didn't respond. Also, I do not know if it is just me, but this place is not business friendly, they are not welcoming to customers, there is a lady that works there if you say good morning/ good afternoon she doesn't respond. The atmosphere at this place is just dull. However, I just need clarification as to why 50 extra labels were so expensive. Please help me to get answers and to fix this situation. Also, 150 of the labels I had already paid them to reconstruct, but I asked them to resize the label to fit new jars that I will start using. When I paid for the 150 labels to be reconstructed they told me it was $10 that was included in the $53.13 then suddenly to resize to resize the 200 labels they charged me $40 that is a very huge difference. At the time I paid them, I did not realize I just wanted to get the labels because I was very fulfilling orders for my customers. Then after I sat down and looked over our previous transaction, I thought it was a mistake that they made. However, didn't seem to be a mistake when I tried to speak to him- the owner.
