    **** is a GEM. She operates her business and her services with the utmost professionalism. Personable and attentive in her excellent electrolysis work, she maintains the highest level of hygiene in the office and in the way that she works. I always feel very safe and well cared for when I have an appointment with her. And she delivers results. I highly recommend her.

    **** is exceptional at her artful craft. Her knowledge of her craft is superior and she is so sensitive to client's needs and physical comfort level. Her cleanliness beats the standards!! She is so friendly. I am a client but also work with therapy client's who are going through transitions related to being transgender and her sensitivity is admirable. EVERYONE will feel comfortable here!!

    I highly recommend this business. The owner is very professional and always present very clean and sanitized environment. She is one of the kindest and conscientious persons I ever met. she is very knowledgable and is an expert at what she does. You can see results very quickly I highly recommended her.

    Electrolysis and Laser Associates of West Roxbury is a very well run, friendly, professional, and effective business. The owner is very attentive, knowledgeable and informative. Accommodating to your schedule and prompt with appointments, too. I highly recommend her!

    **** is amazing, very knowledgeable, and caring for her clients. I came to her office with really bad ingrown hairs on my face and neck area, and after just a few sessions there has been MASSIVE improvement. She has also given me great tips on how to care for my skin and manage the area with creams, ointments, and sunscreen. The results are like magic. You will not regret coming here!

    **** provides individual attention and care, and spends quality time over the phone, in person and after the procedure she calls to check up. By far the best hair reduction after one treatment compared to 8+ at a big med spa. Will be going back :)
