We have been clients with the *** services retail side of NE Animal Hospital.for over 5 years. On Friday March 11th our 2.5 year old Husky had been in pain on her lower backside and was acting not right. We brought her in to the Emergency Area the preform many test and found nothing. Oh yes there was a **** for $750 for nothing. We brought her home the next day our Husky had ****** stools and throw up. The ****** slimy stool appeared to be giardia . I called them at 7am Saturday am . I was told you can not come into the Emergency room they have only one Doctor on staff call back after 2pm. They are a Hospital that refused to provide care. I brought her in again they did nothing and charged another $250. They did not even call us back to let us know she was ready to go back home. I called them finally at 10pm on Saturday. On Sunday 3/13 I gave them them a stool sample on they said we will have the results back in 24 to 48 hours well it has been ****************************************************** once. They took a $1000 of my hard earned money and didnt provide the services. When I ask to talk to the manager ***** I was told she is on Vacation. No wonder they are short staffed. I cant get services but she is on Vacation. It is 3/17 and no word from anyone at New England Animal Hospital in **************** **
